Bama Balakrishnan is a leader with over two decades of financial services experience spanning banks, NBFCs and alternate asset management, in India and abroad. She spent about a decade plus each with ICICI Bank and then Northern Arc Capital, playing multiple CXO roles in her latter stint. Most recently, she was COO at Northern Arc Capital, a diversified NBFC with a focus on enabling access to finance for the underserved. She is passionate about expanding the universe of opportunities for aspiring youngsters, particularly girls, and sees Swadha Foundation's mission of enabling access to education as a key to unlock that.

He retired as President-HR at Dr Reddy’s Laboratories. He has also held senior positions and been on the board of Reliance communication and IBM India among others. PV serves as EVP & Global Head – Human Resources at Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), He also heads Human Resources for other Group Companies like, Roots Corporation (Ginger Hotels) and Taj SATS as well. PV has served as President of Delhi/NCR Chapter of this forum. He also serves on the Board of Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership, USA. & Sri Lankan Tourism Advisory Committee.

Ramnarayanan Srinivasan is responsible for the roll-out of our activities. He comes with 30 years of extensive work experience in ideation, execution and setting up of development centres in the IT industry. He has worked in companies like Infosys, other MNCs and startups. Before moving to the IT industry Ram worked as a scientist in ISRO and has contributed to various satellite programs. His passion to help the needy and his deep urge to give back to society, made him quit his lucrative leadership position at an MNC and dedicate his time to social causes.
Sridhar R A

Sridhar R A, an Electrical Engineering graduate, holds a Post Graduate degree in Industrial Engineering from Training Institute for Productivity & Industrial Engineering. He began his career with the National Productivity Council before moving to the private sector with stints in Vikrant Tyres Mysore, Eicher Goodearth, Faridabad before moving to AMCO Batteries Limited. Starting off as a Senior Industrial Engineer at AMCO, he rose up the ladder to eventually retire as CEO & Wholetime Director of the company. After serving for over 34 years, he recently retired and is now involved in social services. He has been an active member & treasurer of the Madras Management Association.

Sripriya Mandyam is a major in Mathematics and Economics and has been one of our founding trustees. In addition to being a good cook, she loves Carnatic classical music and is a trained dancer as well. She shares the desire of wanting to be a part of a movement that works towards changing society.

Vamsi Mohan Thati is the President of Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa (AMEA) at the Barry Callebaut Group, the world’s leading manufacturer of high-quality chocolate and cocoa products. This role follows his extensive experience and leadership roles at The Coca-Cola Company, where he was the President of Greater China, capping a 25-year career in the company.
Vamsi holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics and communications engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, India. He also completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
